OPEN GYM - is an extra night of practice for all current grade school students, minimum age 6 (under 6 allowed by special permission and MUST be accompanied and directly supervised by a parent.) Open Gym will be on selected Friday evenings. Current students may attend at a cost of $3 per night. Open Gym is supervised but not instructional. This is an opportunity for the students to work on skills they have been introduced to in class. Open Gym selected dates will be announced and sign ups will be taken in advance. Current students may "BRING A FRIEND" by special arrangement. Non-students may attend for a fee of $10.00 and must have a release form signed before they may participate. All "friends" must be registered and signed up in advance and they are very welcome.

SPECIAL PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES will be planned for vacation times and for other special events. A few of the yearly programs will include A Holiday Back Handspring Clinic, Bring-a-Friend Saturday, and a Special Family Fitness Program - county wide - which will kick off in January 2010!

BIRTHDAY PARTIES:

Birthday Parties may be scheduled for weekend time slots. Parties consist of 1 hour of gymnastics fun with qualified instructors and 30-45 minutes of party time. A table, chairs and a birthday banner are provided. Parents bring table decorations and service ware along with food and favors. The cost for a party is $125 for 8-10 children. 11 - 15 children are $150. Toddler parties (ages 18 months to 3 years) require one parent for each child on the gym floor.






2008-2009 Level 3 State Champions
The team program is for girls age 6 and older who desire to learn USA Gymnastics Compulsory and Optional Routines. Selection for team participation is based on ability AND desire. Gymnasts train 2 days per week with an optional third day for those more accomplished at their levels. Any student interested in the selection process or wishing to express interest in the competition program should contact Jan or Alisha for a consultation. This year's Level 3 team was the Texas Amateur Athletic Federation State Champions.
