MINI GYM and GRADE SCHOOL GYMNASTICS -

MINI GYM classes are one hour long and geared for boys and girls ages 5-6. These classes are geared to the traditional events of Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor Exercise/Tumbling.

GRADE SCHOOL GIRLS are for girls (see boys classes below) ages 6 1/2 and older and cover Vault, Uneven Bar skills and routines, Balance Beam skills and routines, Tumbling skills, Floor exercise routines, Tumble Tramp and Trampoline sequences. Classes are one hour or one hour and fifteen minutes.


JUMP & TUMBLE - a class for those students ages 7 or 8 and older who want to focus on tumbling and cheer jumps in preparation for junior high cheerleading programs. Use of the spring floor and some specialized back handspring development equipment provides a good environment for the learning of good tumbling basics. Our Tumbl Trak 30 foot tumbling trampoline will give all students the opportunity to do tumbling series work with less stress. Students will do special conditioning for the strength and flexibility necessary to develop strong jumps with good form. Great tumbling is all about great basics. "Begin here..."

TOE TOUCH - "Legs higher, chest up, point your toes - but the legs are straight & smile is GREAT!"

WALKING ON YOUR HANDS IS CLASSIC FOR BOYS!

GRADE SCHOOL CLASSES / BOYS - for boys ages 7 and older, these classes stress strength and flexibility development and instruction on tumbling, vault, trampoline, single bar and rings. The emphasis is on the development of skill, strength, flexibility, coordination, and concentration.
